U.S. President Joe Biden used his first State of the Union speech in front of U.S. lawmakers to call Russian President Vladimir Putin a dictator and vowed to stand with Ukraine.
He also announced the closure of U.S. airspace to Russian aircraft and said Washington would tighten sanctions further.
Domestically Biden vowed to tackle inflation and continue to battle Covid as the nation lifts restrictions.
