Martian chronicles: #RAZOR
Razor • 30m
In this week's episode of #RAZOR, Emma Keeling explores humanity's long fascination with Mars, visiting the Austria town of Innsbruck, where astronauts are being trained for a very different mission to the Red Planet.
The astronauts are part of the Austrian Space Forum's analog training programme as part of which they carry out expeditions and perform tests designed to test how the first humans would react to, and build, lives on Mars. Emma is also given a sneak peak of their latest cutting-edge space suits and made to try out a few of the analog training tests herself.
