Berlin signs off emergency funding for flood victims

Germany’s Berlin government announced federal funds to help communities affected by the flooding in northern Europe.
But Finance Minister Olaf Scholz said "if more is needed we can provide more,” along with state governments.
Some $471 million has been promised so far.
