The Heat: US Military Interventions | A deadly legacy
28m
The United States has a history of military interventions that goes back over two centuries. The military assaults stretch from Latin America, to Asia and to the Middle East. The US war in Vietnam lasted from the early 1960’s to the mid 1970’s. As many as two million civilians are believed to have been killed.
Over the last quarter century, the US has launched major wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and it occupied both countries for years. And, in February, the US along with its ally Israel, again attacked Iran. #Heat #US #War #Iran #MiddleEast #USmilitary #LatinAmerica
