The Heat: Hind Rajab Investigation
29m
In 2024, Hind Rajab was in a car with six of her relatives, trying to evacuate the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City, when they came under heavy gunfire by Israeli soldiers. The five-year-old survived the initial attack and spent hours on the phone with dispatchers from the Palestine Red Crescent Society, pleading with them to save her.
Hours later, when the group finally had clearance from the Israeli army to send an ambulance, those paramedics were killed just yards from the girl’s vehicle. Now two years later, the Israeli military has opened a criminal investigation. Her mother says it’s not enough. #HindRajab #Gaza #Palestine #Israel #RedCrescent
