On the border between Haiti and the Dominican Republic, people attempt to get crucially needed food and aid to Haitians. The United Nations has said 4 million people in Haiti face acute food insecurity while 1 million are one step away from famine. CGTN's Dan Collyns reports from the crossing. Armed gang members began a series of attacks on state institutions starting Feb. 29 causing scores of deaths and at least 15,000 people homeless.
