A couple of construction workers had a terrifying experience as their platform was blown in several directions by the wind. The workers were doing some construction work on a building's outer wall at the time. Another clip shows the strong winds ripping roofs off buildings. Luckily, no casualties were reported. The financial loss is still being counted.
